European classicism garden house, the building elevation is lined with light-coloured horizontal and straight lines in large volume of fair-faced concrete blocks, with more reliefs and decorative line feet. The south elevation has a bow-shaped fancy concrete balcony built between the second and third floors, supported on the left and right by thick bull's legs, which is somewhat decorative.
