Airport Transfer Service (Shanghai)

• Types of Vehicles Available: Choose between a four-seater sedan and a six-seater business van.
• Airport Selection: Specify whether you are traveling to or from the airport. Fees vary depending on the airport.

• Initial Contact: After placing your order, our service team will email you to collect necessary details (pick-up or drop-off, arrival or departure time, location, flight number).
• Reservation Confirmation: Upon receiving your information, our customer service team will book the vehicle and, within an hour, confirm via email, providing vehicle details (license plate, model, color) and driver contact information.
• ​48-hour advance booking required for standard service
• ​Short-notice surcharge: ¥30 fee applies to bookings made ​less than 48 hours before pickup

• Driver Communication: As our drivers are Chinese-speaking, direct contact before the agreed time might not be possible.
• Changes and Cancellations: If any provided details change, please email our service team to update the information. Note that bookings cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the service time, though adjustments to the timing are possible.
• Distance Coverage & Charges：Included distance: 50 kilometers，Extra mileage charge: ¥3 per kilometer beyond 50 km
• Waiting Time Guidelines

For flight pickups: Complimentary waiting time commences from the flight’s actual landing time. Domestic flights allow ​60 minutes of free waiting, while international flights provide ​90 minutes to accommodate customs procedures. Waiting time beyond this duration will incur an overtime fee of ¥50 per 30-minute segment.

​For departure transfers: Drivers will wait ​15 minutes complimentary from the scheduled pickup time. Subsequent waiting time is charged at ​¥50 per 30-minute increment.

• Late-Night Service：A ​night service fee of ¥50 is applicable for all pickups occurring between ​23:00 and 05:00due to operational adjustments during these hours.
