A. Full-Day Chartered Car Service:

• We offer full-day chartered car services with an English option available. Customers can choose between a four-seater sedan and a six-seater business van. The basic service duration is eight hours covering up to 100 kilometers.
• Additional charges for exceeding the time or distance limits are as follows:
  • Standard Car: 40 RMB per additional hour, 4 RMB per additional kilometer.
  • Business Van: 50 RMB per additional hour, 5 RMB per additional kilometer.

B. Booking Process:

• Once an order is placed, please wait a moment for our service team to contact you via email to gather your booking details (time, location).
• After you provide the necessary information, our customer service will make the reservation for you.
• Approximately one hour later, customer service will send a confirmation email with vehicle details (license plate, model, color, etc.) and the driver's contact information.

C. Note:

• If you choose a Chinese-speaking driver, it may not be possible to directly contact the driver before the agreed time.
• Should there be any changes in the information provided, you can contact our service team via email. We will communicate with the driver and update the necessary details.
